I'm pretty sure it's a continuation of the line before it.
"Art thou warrior, or craven?" I think is what he says.

Regrettably, it looks like they've replaced the 2.x cast, so it's hard to tell who's saying what if they're not on-screen. I thought it was Alphinaud because it fits in with his character development post 2.5.5; we'll see who actually says it in-game.

Watching the Japanese version now. The JP voices probably won't have changed, so it should be easy enough to double-check.
EDIT:
JP cast is unchanged. Varis mentions Primals directly (to clear up that speculation). Also not Alphinaud in the "Spare us the hyperbole" line. Line before sounds like either Y'shtola or Yugiri, but is definitely not Ysayle's speech patterns, so I'm guessing it's a new character. "The coming battle" line is also an unpictured new male character, and definitely not Lahabrea.

Thanks; I don't know very much about Japanese, so I'll take your word for it.
Varis' line could have been interpreted to be either the beastman tribes or the Primals, but they're one in the same for the most part at current.
The "Warrior of Darkness" English line takes some nuance, but though it doesn't outright state there's more than one it's heavily implied. "You and yours" referring to one individual Warrior of Darkness and the others like him/her.

Yeah, I just took that out of my post becuase I read through the English again with my brain working. Figured someone would quote-capture it, though, because each and every one of my minor failures exists to be preserved in crystal for all eternity. XD
Other than that, Varis outright says banshin in the Japanese, which leaves no room for doubt. I suspect the English script covers that in either the line before or after. They've really very good about not changing too much in the Main Scenario at least. Just brought it up to keep our speculation constrained to the actual meaty stuff.

Yugiri! Yes, thanks the Twelve that you remind me of her, Yugiri!JP cast is unchanged. Varis mentions Primals directly (to clear up that speculation). That line sounds right like Rina Satoh to me, a bit like how she sounds as Sailor Mars in the new Sailor Moon series. However, it was me who mis-remembered Rina Satoh as Ysayle's VA, so when I looked back into 2.4 trailers and found that Ysayle sounds not quite alike there, I have been really confused for about a whole hour, until you remind me of Yugiri... This now definitely works!
Btw that line does sound kinda like Y'shtola, but it should be a bit strange if she appears here (I mean, as the only Scion besides Alphi).
Also, I've heard that some ppl think the female voice together with Lahabrea at the end might be Minfilia, but I'm quite sure that voice has nothing to do with Miyuki Sawashiro.
