Typed up the script from the trailer as best I could. The voice shakeup makes it kind of hard to work out who's saying what when they aren't on screen; any clarification would be helpful, as well.

???: In the distant past, King Thordan and his Knights Twelve fought and defeated Nidhogg.

Aymeric: For seven days and seven knights, a bitter battle raged at the close of which Thordan and half his knights lay dead.

Archbishop Thordan VII: We seek to excise the root of an evil that has blighted us for a thousand years.

Alphinaud: It has been a long and arduous journey, and we have lost much and more along the way.

Estinien: So... the dragons are coming.

Estinien: It shall be my penance to bear a knight's arms until death grants me leave to retire. When that day comes, no prince shall perish, but a hells-bound hunter of dragons!

Ravana: *laughs* To live is but to fight! Art thou warrior, or craven? Very well. I, Ravana, fourfold master of the blade, do accept thy challenge!

Varis: You know as well as we what would ensue should these insatiable creatures be allowed to roam free. That their very existence threatens the life of this star.

Merlwyb: Mayhap they are waiting for a fitting moment to break the news. Or mayhap they know of some other reason to delay.

Kan-E-Senna: Hearken to me, oh Great Ones! (Aside: Not the Great Ones!) Give yourselves to the Lifestream a drifting soul to find!

Unnamed Ascian(?): The coming battle is a chance to excise the root of this conflict, and by my hand it shall be done.

I'm pretty sure it's a continuation of the line before it.

That all sounds about as I interpreted it. To fill in the above gaps though...

The line from Estinien is:
"It shall be my penance to bear a knight's arms until death grants me leave to retire."

The second part is difficult but I can add a few words to it:
"When that day comes, no prince shall perish, but a hells-bound hunter of dragons".

No problem! I don't play with voices on, so I can't really help much identifying who's talking, except to say that the line about "Spare us the hyperbole. . ." does not sound to me like Alphinaud.

Regrettably, it looks like they've replaced the 2.x cast, so it's hard to tell who's saying what if they're not on-screen. I thought it was Alphinaud because it fits in with his character development post 2.5.5; we'll see who actually says it in-game.

Watching the Japanese version now. The JP voices probably won't have changed, so it should be easy enough to double-check.

EDIT:
JP cast is unchanged. Varis mentions Primals directly (to clear up that speculation). Also not Alphinaud in the "Spare us the hyperbole" line. Line before sounds like either Y'shtola or Yugiri, but is definitely not Ysayle's speech patterns, so I'm guessing it's a new character. "The coming battle" line is also an unpictured new male character, and definitely not Lahabrea.

Varis' line could have been interpreted to be either the beastman tribes or the Primals, but they're one in the same for the most part at current.

Yeah, I just took that out of my post becuase I read through the English again with my brain working. Figured someone would quote-capture it, though, because each and every one of my minor failures exists to be preserved in crystal for all eternity. XD

Other than that, Varis outright says banshin in the Japanese, which leaves no room for doubt. I suspect the English script covers that in either the line before or after. They've really very good about not changing too much in the Main Scenario at least. Just brought it up to keep our speculation constrained to the actual meaty stuff.
