MSQ req for DK ?????

all them people attacking me sory but at THIS LEVEL all i need to do is spam riot blade basicaly with a flash here and there im not joking when was the last time you guys played a low lvl Glad ? sory but thats ALL you need to do at this level and im falling a sleep while tanking.

yes i will play DRK and will be good with it. i know myself if i play a class that i REALY enjoy asteticaly and immersion wise no matter how Underpowered or broken it is i play good with it sooo don't judge me.

im a damn fast learner when it comes to MMORPGS :P

The last time I saw a riot blade spammer in dungeon he couldn't hold aggro more than 3 seconds, sorry but it's the truth.

1. No, no, no. Here's how your low level combo goes: Shield lob, flash x3, fast blade combo, flash some more, riot blade if 'needed,.

2. When I leveled both tanks WAR/PLD to 50 with both zetas. When I run low level R, when I help new FC members who are DPS run dungeons ect, ect.

Low level gladiator dose suck I know but your still doing it wrong if you need to spam riot blade at low levels there shouldn't be so many people aoeing that you need to keep using it to get back mp. Its single target at low levels you only use riot blade to get back mp nothing more.
if your having trouble keeping hate I suggest you put some points into strength.

And on the dark knight thing its not DK that's for Donky Kong Nintendo if by chance you or any of the people who work for you see this for the love of all that is good please make a DK64 remake.

DRK it was said months ago that it needs the main story done to unlock up to 2.55 people need to just stop complaining about this.

Gladiator is a very boring class to level up. If you don't like it now, you're not going to change your mind @ 50.

Maybe try another class instead. You do have that option here.

Alternatively, just power through it on PLD and enjoy the expansion content on DRK.

Riot Blade combo certainly wouldn't cut it in dungeons with even average dps. Or do you call "tanking" doing solo content?

No, you have no way to state you will be good at DRK. From what we've seen DRK has a balancing act to manage MP whilst upkeeping Darkness buff- this seems significantly harder than your current "tanking method".

Most are "pissed" due to the other thread that discuss this matter as well, and your manners aren't helping. You could even have used the search..

To not create confusion and distinc it from the WoW Death Knight is better to use DRK as it's the official abbreviation used in game.

Now, to the topic: yes, you need to do MSQ till 2.55 which now is all the MSQ. As its stated nearly everywhere. Lore wise you'll understand. If you want more indepth informations as to why there's a huge thread just about it.

Low level GLD is boring indeed but it gets you used, as well as MRD, to know how tanking works here and nonetheless you'll need to level them both up anyway to take their cross class skills. Better do it with MSQ convenient exp than other means.
You don't need to FATE grind honestly, do your Daily DR at best and follow the MSQ, you'll end up 50 very easily.

The new job are level 30 like all the other jobs, though they are more complex. The only requirements to unlock them are finishing the 2.55 and have HW installed.

SE have CLEARLY said that you will need to finish the MSQ to get to Ishgard, and that you will need access to Ishgard to get any of the new jobs.

You bought the expansion despite being able to know this, so it's your own fault.

I would suggest you wait for the release, and the do the story, it should give you a crapload of levels, due to the new exp it will give, so you should easily be able to grind your way to Ishgard within a day or two. ANYONE can deal with a day or two of "boring" grind if they have a clear goal. Especially with the non-existent Tank wait time for dungeons...
