These things happen and you just have to live with it and keep farming.
Monk chest finally dropped for me in WoD when I was on dragoon. So I greed rolled, and only one more person rolled.
That person didn't even have pugilist unlocked and won the chest. I don't think you can turn in wod gear for gc seals, so not sure what that person is gonna do with the chestpiece that I wanted so bad

Some luck though, it dropped again next run and I rolled highest on greed
