seriusly i rememeber my first day in the game august 24th or 26th i forget when i had trouble login in the first few days, all those gill sellers were spaming the shout i had to disable it and pretend there is no shouts... till they innovated and started personal messages...

Less people would buy if they didn't know where to go to get it. And unless they started permanent bans for buying gil, you're not going to stop repeat offenders. Ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure and all that. Give us the tools to ignore their ads and quality of life skyrockets for everyone.

JP servers have a lot of botting, but not a lot of Gil selling. We have A LOT of bots on Tonberry so I think they are just on the JP servers selling different things.

I got a /tell from an RMT for the first time in maybe two months today.
I get a friend request maybe once a day though. I'd rather them send me tells than friend requests...

I had a peek of 7 pending friend requests fom gil sellers earlier today, they're starting to get much more aggressive.

Not sure what the point of this thread was, but the forum moderators have next to no power to ban RMT spammers; I am also pretty sure this is the wrong section of the forum to suggest new features for the game. So whatever it was you were attempting to accomplish with this thread probably won't be achieved.

Alright. We've hit most of the rmt thread tropes. Only one more off the top of my head I can think of. It's gonna happen within the next few pages; let's just get this out of the way:
