    In the video the MNK used PB pre pull, thats why he could go Rockbreaker into Snap Punch

    I didn't mean that, I meant the time it took for that MNK to use Snap Punch after using the new ability...

    If an ability is on the GCD, you have to wait somewhere between 2-2.5 seconds before you can use the next ability that is on the GCD too. (currently in the game)

    The MNK didn't even have 3 stacks of GL for further increase of attack speed, but he still could use Snap Punch within less than 1.5 seconds after the new ability.

    Maybe we will get some ridiculous increase in Skill Speed, but that seems really far-fetched. That TP drain.... lol
