The development team is currently looking into implementing a new furnishing item which would allow players to place a minion they own on their property. However, they're still checking to see if they can accomplish this feature, so we can’t make any promises as to whether it will be added at the moment.

If it's possible can we please have it be more than 1 minion on the property (larger properties can have more minions out as is the same with retainers) and can the minions PLEASE interact with each other?

Please do your best to allow perks in FC housing to carry over into personal housing.

Like workshops. We pay just as much as a FC, I want to be able to install a workshop of my own.

Like, for than just <1% of the players, as it is now. It's getting more and more asinine.

I found these objects in Eorzea and would like to see them added as funishings.


Large Tables:


Furniture allotments are so precious! I think using one slot for one big table is a pretty good idea.


Even though this table appears to be more rustic than majestic, I like that it is all wood (no metal accents). If you could add some plain wooden chairs to match, and make them all dyeable, I'd be in heaven.


Masonwork Cooking Stove:
Please make it a lower craft like the Masonwork Stove (fireplace).






Square Rug:


I'd like to see this rug in more neutral colors, since we already have red/blue rugs. How about white or cream with the gold trim?

I really doubt the guys they've got working on housing concept art and model design are the same guys they have working on allocating server space and figuring out how to better use it.

Whoever they have making new furniture is not negatively impacting the implementation of additional wards/subdivisions.

How about letting us put our retainers inside our house and "pose" them? I can't help but to think this wouldn't be too difficult to do considering we could do this with our mannequins in our XI mog house and that was with ps2 limitations.

All they have to do is put a timer on inactive and non-paying subscribers. If you do not subscribe for say, 2 months, you lose your house and all of your belongings goes into a vendor and the vendor will have it there for you to retrieve if and when you ever come back which is totally unlikely anyway.

That was the idea, but large guilds and a lot of solo players cried outrage since many people were taking extended breaks until hevensward with entire FCs being inactive until expansion.

This is truely not a solution and SE realized that. So they are still looking for a proper one.
