The Allagain thing seems to stem from the fact they conquered ALL of Hydaelyn by the end of the Third Astral Era so they undoubtedly did some damage to Dravania. Then lets say that he did indeed fall in love with Saint Shiva only for her to be killed by her kinsmen and her legacy spat on and desecrated.
