About the same time you understand that for a hell of a lot of other people, its more the Huge amount of missing content (some which was said would be here post beta), lack of story, clunky UI, missing travel systems, lack of end game, lack of customisation, gear, housing, quests yada yada yada..
Not oh the crafting system and such are complex that is what people have mainly complained about, and getting the bad review since oh what, Beta?
