Aldora, you seem to be misinterpretating the situation. EU players cannot preorder it because by definition preordering means securing access before release, not after in this situation. You keep saying everyone gets to play it at the same time but thats not true. EU players will have to wait until 2 PM on 19th to even start downloading it, whereas other players get a 14 hour head start with their download ready.

Also, SE promised us we would be able to preorder. If theres even a slight chance they cant keep that promise they should never have said it.

I'm apalled SE. Seriously terrible customer service to your most important customers. (After all EU pays way more)

You say breathe and let it out but you judge others who did just that as uncivilized. Let go of the stereotype that the gaming community lives in their parent's basements. There are professionals who have to plan everything to the T to get some game time.

And, let’s be honest here… If you are a professional who has to plan everything down to the T to get some game time, aren’t their more important things to worry about then the date for pre-ordering an expansion of a game (for which they’ve just announced will be released on the 19th of June)?

It feels like, whatever i say, it strikes the wrong cord with you. Like i’m attacking you in person. And the truth of that matter is that i’m not attacking anyone.

People are in an “uproar” because they can’t pre-order a game at this moment and that they will have to wait for 2 more weeks. All i’m saying is that people need to calm down… SE does care about their player base, even though it doesn’t feel like it at this time. Blaming SE for what is happening right now does not solve the issue, since the issue right now is that the pre-ordering process has been delayed due to localization issues. This is not new. It’s been happening on for as long as i can remember (which is quite long, i can tell you that).

No, i don’t think i’m misinterpreting the situation. They said that you will be able to pre-order the game. The official release of the game is on the 23rd of June and for the people who preorder the game, they will grant them Early Access to the game which starts on the 19th. In this case, the same day that people are allowed to pre-order on the EU PSN Store. By definition, it is still correct. The official release is still set to the 23rd.

However, like you said, PC players as well as people from the JP and NA regions were able to preorder the expansion well before that time and this have the ability to update/download the client when the servers are up.

There will be a maintenance just before the Early Access starts (like they always do before an update), so since they haven’t announced at what time the Early Access actually starts, you have no idea how big of an “advantage” they will have in the end. If they can even get on the server, due to login congestion. So, don’t hang tightly on to that 14-hour head start just yet.

Aldora I'm really sorry that you feel that way. I don't see it as you are attacking me I did read into your message about breathing and it just being a game as the basement stereotype. Yes there are more important things to worry about but isn't the time in game a time not to worry about that.
