OK, so NOW what? (PS4 HW PSN)

Ok so I don't have a pre order code what I got from pre ordering the actual hard copy from the se store was the 3rd email with my Early access code. Now they say they gonna charge my card 10 days before dispatching my order. My question is when are we gonna be able to use the EA CODE ?? And where? Mogstation? Psn? Ps store? Se store? .

Can we please get an answer for this? (I'm in the UK btw)

Whether due to high demand, or the codes for the platform you selected not yet being available, we are not able to provide you your code just yet. However, we will notify you via email as soon as your pending code is available. No further action is required on your part.

By redeeming this code, you will be able to download the game client for early access and receive the exclusive pre-order in-game items (Baron Circlet, Baron Earrings and Chocobo Chick Courier) via the Moogle Delivery service in-game mail system when official service begins. Early Access is not available for pre-orders of the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online bundle that contains both A Realm Reborn and Heavensward. The in-game items will be added to your account at the official launch of the game on June 23rd, 2015.
