No she had the pc ver so she paid for the ps4 ver and in the psn store it says she can per order

That's for the bundle. Not just the expansion, or CE.

I have the same issue.
Upgraded from PS3 to PS4, and I just discovered that PSN thinks I still own the PS3 version but not the PS4 one?!

Yeep found out its the same thing for me also. I'm about to just go buy a standard physical copy from gamestop or something. Apparently wanting to buy the Collectors is too much work from Square or Sony. xD

I clicked that and it said bundle contains ARR and HW. I dont want to purchase ARR with HW. Only HW. Didnt mention anything about the CE items either. Im not buying through that. I should be able to order from the store regularly like every other game

All that's there is the FFXIV & Heavensward Bundle. Not Heavensward alone.

I wonder can we just buy the SE of ARR and be done with this? at this point id rather blow the cash since it's still cheaper then the 129$ ver
