We are aware of the issue where users who participated in the PS3>PS4 upgrade campaign are not able to purchase the Heavensward pre-order for the PS4 on PSN.
We are currently reaching out to Sony regarding this and will update when we have more information.

So, after a much faster queue with Sony: After verifying that being logged into my account wasn't working, I got this suggestion....

HAHAHAHAHA... NO. As someone who owns the late, lamented P.T., restoring the licenses means that I would LOSE it, as there IS no license for it anymore.

I wouldn't recommend anyone else who has that and wants to keep it try that route either.

I... still have P.T. totally available. I restored my license and it didn't do anything to games I already had downloaded onto the PS4. The only way I'm going to lose it is if I delete it or get a new PS4 or wipe the hard drive.

Doesnt matter if i restart my system or not... the problem is stil there... I am a tranfered ps3 user to ps4... my accounts STATES i am and playing PS4 account and PS4 User ... ... So what gives?

The PS3 registry was upgraded to a PS4 registry on the SE account, but I think the PS3 registry on the PSN account didn't get an upgrade.

But the funny this is... when i go to buy the PS4 version it tells me i can not buy it because i already own the ps4 version xD this is SOOO PSNs crap that is going on xD

I have the PS3 AND PS4 version (So I could still play via PS3 if anything happened to my PS4)... but Heavensward, either CE or Standard is NOT available on the Australian PSN still.

Because the Aus PSN store doesn't update until early tomorrow morning and with this issue there is a possibility they won't put it up until it's sorted

I still find it strange that JP PSN isn't suffering these problems hmmmm
