    Unless you can see into the future and know what the numbers are, no it's not OP.

    Back when it was announced BLM would get Flare, I used to think It was a really powerful spell from what I remembered in other games. Now they spam it 3 times in a row and no one bats an eyelid. Let's see what the Bahamut spells are like live before we start shouting OP, yes?
