PS4 digital pre orders!! can we have it!

I remember it being much earlier than what we are experiencing at the moment, but like the dev said im sure its nothing to be too concerned about, might be a publishing issue with Sony, they may have other titles ahead of FF that have to be advertised a bit longer before Heavens ward comes and shoots them all out of the water per-say that and also this is a lot of content coming out at once, where the ps4 edition of ARR was just a reformatted edition of the existing game. many variables but we should be fine.

Thank you for posting it, I had already asked them the same question and got the same answer (except the link) that's why I was telling everyone it isn't Sony's fault at all but SE's.

the fact that the game is available to download on Japanese psn tells that the negotiations with SCEJ have finished. that there are three major regions that are different branches (SCEA, SCEE, and SCEJ) means that any company would have to work deals with all of them. also, multiple times, i have gone on psn into the ARR page and had it show that there are two add ons, only for it to quickly jump down to 0. this tells me that most likely the expansion is already loaded, but not able to be purchased. this kinda screams that someone is holding it back.

Unfortunately those add-ons are not related to HW at all. And the reason they aren't really shown or revert back to 0 is because they're no longer available.
