What goes up for preorder on psn is generally based on whether or not sony (not SE) is handing out a bonus for preordering the game, and/or if the size of the market for the game itself. Yes, you'll see preorder options for big, in demand, high anticipation titles available for 2016, but not so much niche titles.

That is incorrect, regardless of bonus or no bonus, that doesn't matter at all to be eligible for preorder on the ps store, I already asked the official AskPlaystation twitter account and they confirmed is not up to them but the developer (SE).

I question the validity actually, perhaps i am wrong but fairly certain it was said by SE themselves they were waiting for Sony's approval, so in turn Sony is the one delaying it.
Regardless of who it be, the real point is it should be in PSN by now, if not in this weeks update that really bites

Can you actually show this is on Sonys end? because i find it hard to believe that Sony and Steam are both messed up. I feel if they can get the game up on psn Japan it should not be hard to do the same for NA or EU

exactly this ^ its easier to say we are still in negotiations than saying we wanna leave it as long as possible so players buy the physical copies instead of the much cheaper digitals lol

as i said in earlier posts its a great buisness decision to leave it as late as possible but if they planned on doing that to begin with they could of told us

I'm just thinking it's just approval on both sides, just wait a little bit longer. Yeah I know it's literally in 3 weeks, but we waited for how long now? We can wait a little bit longer.

if the japanese market has theres up. then by wedensday (the day the western market refreashes) we should have it up, if not it should be up next week, because if it isn't released on the western market and only see's sales on the eastern market they will have a lot to apologuize for for the ps4 and ps3 players
