the only mode you can get extra piety is crafthing accesoryes (for now, meaby change in the expansión), but the fact is the drk have the same vit like a paladin, ¿so the dark knight can expend some vit for extra mp?, and the ppl how play with drk say in 3 use you out of mp, and in the live letter letter you can see a drk lvl sinc to 54 with 3300 of mp

You can put Piety on left-side pieces. It's possible some non-chest or pants pieces will be crafted BiS if there's some form of breakpoints, who knows? Especially during progression right when savage/weekly tomes unlock, when crafted should be temporarily BiS with or without Piety.

Piety and base MP scale with level. Just because he has 3300 MP at level 54 doesn't mean he has the equivalent of level 50 Piety - for all we know Piety is worth 50 MP per point at that level.
