    /shrug. Remember when nin just came out with wrong description about one of the skill needed to activate at the side(orback?) to get bonus damage? I didn't see anyone complain about it though?

    the description was only wrong in the english version of the game and didn't stand for long, we barely had encounter high issus with mudra lag. and it's about how many skill will recquire positional, that the whole point, if it's only 1-2 skill, why talk of it?

    anyway, the fact that some people did choose ninja because it was different of dragoon and monk is valid as argument, the fact that SE did forget this and decide to simply make the ninja a dragoon/monk look a like is a huge trouble. instead to work on the jobs and offer new possibility link to them own difference they did decide to simply go the easy way.

    i will never say it enough, them inability to produce us any new mechanic is by far the worst. all jobs get new mechanic and feel like progressing... exept ninja, when it was the one the most easy for do it. with change of Huton, it was possible to work around this and add mode from ninjutsu. if not try to work on a system allowing some skill from ninjutsu to be used in a combo of weaponskill. like if you do a certain ninjutsu after dancingedge or shadowfang (by example) you get a bonus like if it was part of the combo.

    instead to work for make ninjutsu take an active part of our gameplay, they did decide to go the easy and add positional, killing the difference of the jobs.

    ps: you want an idea of change that will have been amazing and will allows them to use the ninjutsu more activily?
    take out the 20 second cooldown from the ninjutsu action and mudra and add it to the skill like raiton and such. allowing them to add different ninjutsu that will had no cd or will be able to be used into weaponskill combo. and you want to know the best? it solve the partially the main trouble of the mudra lag, if you don't execute raiton, it don't enter into cd mode, then even if you fail you can retry to do it. if they can't fix the mudra lag, they need to make the system more friendly.

    gosh it was possible to make soo many change for give new mechanic to the ninja...it's the jobs with the most possibility... it's sad in a way.
