    I think this is great news! Finally, some kind of actual threat in open world areas! I'm glad not every bit of new content is meant strictly for poorly skilled players. Just because casual players exist, shouldn't force developers to exclude the other groups of players.

    i hope the new strongholds are castles or caves where u cant mount...so no fly for u! :P

    no1 miss going up in Castle Zvahl to fight the SL itself....or Castle Oztroja? hell even Delfkutt tower was awesome (the 1 time! lol thanks god for the key :P) , limbus , Sky, Nyzul isle.... fun times!

There was no feeling of danger and excitement. Zones being too small was another complaint, and now the new zones will be 2 to 5 times bigger. So adding danger to some areas makes sense. To have all of the land area in each zone be easy mode to traverse is a bad idea. Besides, even with dangerous area there is usually always a way pass the enemies if you are careful. It makes it more exciting.

    Well see, the thing is, we have those...they're just instanced.
    And i see no real issue with strongholds either, as it implies they're off on their own away from normal traffic.

    Dangerous open world is going to very fun to explore ...unless you are someone who is trying it months after it was relevant and everyone is too busy with endgame to come help you get to your objective in the middle of an enemy camp. I just hope it's not required to progress the story >_<

    I like how the reaction to "if you pull 2 mobs at once have to play well or run" is instantly translated into 'OMG EVERYTHING IN THE ENTIRE WORLD WILL 1SHOT ME AND RUIN THE GAME FOREVER'

    this game seriously has the tamest open world in any mmo to the point it may as well not even exist and you can even just skip around with the aetheryte to bypass it all anyways.
    Find it hard to believe anyone wouldn't want it made more interesting than "pull everything at once and aoe it since it's all harmless anyways"

    Oh my god this is such a huge and welcome change I'm excited for it, as for the people saying no wai I don't want it too hard I say bring on the 1.0 diffeculty of exploring, it was so much fun and so hard sometimes.

    Sad thing is people have been too baby handled and the characters as they currently stand are 10x's stranger than the mobs now than they were in 1.0.

    Again very excited for this and hoping the crying minority don't get it nerfed!

    I prefer to play and being alone! Im no sozial-type in the net <.< (Yes its an MMO. but you dont have to talk during a dungeon and still can clear it)
