WHM Appreciation

Honestly, after going from occasionally playing as a SCH to leveling my CNJ/WHM, I have nothing but respect for people who play it. I really wasn't fond of playing the class myself because I prefer preventive healing over reactive healing, so after playing as it some, I can understand how stressful playing as such can be, particularly when you're up against hard hitting enemies.......

The trick to both healers, but especially with WHM, is to be able to anticipate lethal damage spikes and time your heals and buffs appropriately.

SCHs who play reactively don't make full use of their shields and end up grossly underhealing or blowing Aetherflow stacks on Lustrate spam while reactive WHMs are perpetually scrambling to catch up and are feeling pulled in every direction at once.

Love them HoTs and big numbers. One shotting a tank's HP with a crit Cure II is fun.
