Anyway, just trying to debate over this, hence why I pointed out pros and cons, but it seems like some people don't read or are just close-minded in their personal convictions.

Everything, from HQ system, to item stats, to damage algorhytms is changing (and materia system implanted), and a good balance between crafted gear and dungeon gear needs to be set (Devs already said that crafted gear will always have the advantage, and I'm not suggesting the opposite). Does that mean that 80% of dungeon drops need to be shitty compared to common +1 weapons ? Should they add depth and variety in the dungeon drops like there is in crafted gear to enhance replayability and cooperation ?
