Uh... the person you quoted specifically stated that there should still be an option to have no voice overs. What's your reason for saying no to something that a lot of people would like, and wouldn't affect you if it were added as you could just continue voiceless?

At this moment the character i made doesn't even feel like my character because SE just says make the character then after that its their character and they do what they want with it. the argument of people complaining about the options can easily be solved by "..."
Pillars of Eternity, while not a BioWare game, also does the choices thing completely right. Your character has no voice in dialogue, only in combat. In dialogue you have text-based decision making, and it feels great. They could do the same here - minus the "your decisions affect the outcome" part. But at least our decisions could affect the emotes our character does in certain situations and stuff like that. The current model of "storytelling" is really lame. Watching our character do stupid things and never take any proper action during cutscenes is pretty painful.
