Land Needs Are Unmet on Balmung

Someone is selling a small on Balmung in Mists for 40 mil... That's 40 mil to relinquish the plot that's NOT tied to a FC. Then possibly 4-5 mil to buy the actual plot itself. This is ridiculous.

This is the demand price, get used to it. This is the housing market and you need to understand that it is PLAYER driven. Someone yesterday sold a small on my server (Siren) for 20mil because they liked the location and where it was (lavender beds). You may not like the housing market but thats the way it is. I do not like the housing market IRL but they sell for what they sell for because the demand is high and people want a place of their own. I was lucky enough to get a good sized home for my family last year and it is worth 40 grand More now then it was when we purchased it. The market is the way it is.

You can NOT ask someone to relinquish the land they paid millions for without a profit at all. If that were the case, any house I purchase I will sit on and NEVER relinquish until this game goes under. Other people will do the same until SE either allows the housing market to continue to boom and make it an actual market like IRL and in Ultima Online, or they FORCE people to lose their homes.
