It was hard enough to get a party to do the normal one. They were forced to nerf the fight into obscurity because people would land Steps in their roulette and ditch it immediately.
What makes you think an Extreme mode would draw a crowd?
There is no roulette for extreme fights. Parties for EX fights are always pre-formed via the party finder or FCs. My FC does "savage" coil fights all the time for the challenge and for the fun of it.

That's not true. Several of my FC ended up doing their EX primals through the duty finder. I actually expect a lot of people do it that way.

Gears or weapons, inclusive a mount
I would love to see challenging 4 man dungeons with maybe 50% more tomes rewarded. Something u can do with a couple FC members.Game just needs 3 difficulty tiers for most instanced content(s).
Normal & Hard Difficulty raiding is a start... but last we heard, Normal will be like full-Echo T1-5 easy (or easier), while Hard will be as difficult as FCOB Savage (if there were one)...
Which even cuts out the mid-core even worse... it's just depressing.
I'm really, desperately hoping they reveal that they'll be doing Dungeon Extremes at least for the expansion.

I have been saying this for years.
We NEED harder 4 mans...badly. I'm sick of every little thing getting the nerf bat because
people cry about it so hard that they act like there is no choice.
Also, I'd like new content that's hard. I dunno if I like rehash fights of x different dungeons.
You have nearly every dungeon in a HM mode...you got If, Garu and Titan in 3 different version
the later Primal's in two...It's kinda boring.
