What if the reward someone wants from Sightseeing is figuring out the hints and getting the entry, rather than going down a list and camping the weather NPC for a minion?

Is it really so much to ask for the hints to actually, you know, hint at the requirements, rather than omitting them completely? Going down a list to get this done just completely saps the fun out of the content in my opinion.
