Limsa has enormous internal issues particularly considering the origin of the city-state. I'm really not sure what's holding that city-state together at this point considering it's just a bunch of pirates.

Gridania has its own share of problems including poachers and the like, on top of having to continually appease the elementals. We probably don't want another giant flood.

Since we're the only ones that can really teleport at will, arranging to meet in a more neutral location (such as Revenant's Toll) would be extremely time-consuming (and possibly even MORE dangerous) for everyone involved, particularly due to the lack of an airship landing in Mor Dhona.

Not to mention that it wouldn't matter considering the nature of the corrupt Braves
