I confirm FcoB stuff is now rather easy to get. Well, I guess it depends on server, but I really have the feeling more and more people can farm FcoB, even in PUG (regarding the PF full of "FcoB farm party" on my server).

Another issue I can see with this poetics limit is the accumulation of tomestones-carbontwine-carboncoat.
Lets do a quick calculation. Assuming we want the highest ilvl possible, without doing FcoB nor relic quest.
We need to buy the i120 weapon (1300 poetics), head, gloves, boots (495 poetics each), chest, pant (825 poetics each), belt, choker, earrings, bracelet, two rings (375 poetics each). The total is 6685 poetics for the full set. That means 15 weeks. At the same time, in order to have all i130, you need to use 1 tomestone (for the weapon), 7 carbontwine and 4 carboncoat (second ring cannot be i130). In order to get all these things (assuming no hunt nor FcoB), you need 12 weeks (1 weekly 24-men raid quest a week). So you accumulate 3 other tomestone-twine-coat you cannot use. The problem is even bigger for people hunting or farming FcoB. I personnally have 1 tomestone, 3 twine and 2 coat as spare, and I am not really farming.
Poetics cap must be removed, or at least increased. Meaningless to keep it at 450/week, because we are accumulating upgrade items for nothing.

I just take the initiative and stop acquiring them when that becomes the case. Like tomes began dropping from ST, people were all over that... for first couple months. Now, they're stockpiling and people generally pass on them. The same thing happening to the next tier isn't exactly unusual. While I'm as guilty as any other person for hoarding, I at least have some willpower to determine when to stop overstocking specific goods lol.
