I am in favor of more customization options. As long as chest hair is optional, I'd be fine with it.

Some races would look good with it like male Roes and Highlanders. Others like Elezen (especially we Duskwights) might look odd.

Yes, it doesn't has to be all races. Mainly Highlander and Roes.. Miqo'te can get fur instead

Agreed. More customization options would add some much needed variety to both players and NPCs. Body hair, muscle tonage, making certain armor's actually reflect a character's bust size, adjustable builds in general, and maybe a few race related ones.
