That's called tricking someone lol XD
Also it's easy to be nice to nice people. It's easy to be mean to mean people. But it's a 2 wrongs don't make a right type situation. Being a jerk to someone for being a jerk first is still being a jerk, and is still bad, just not as bad as being a jerk unprovoked. Not being rude to someone who was rude to you first takes discipline. But it's worth it. It's not necessarily a responsibility that is required of you, but it's still a good thing to do. Think of it as moral extra credit if that helps.
Edit: There's also a big difference between being delightful to someone, and actively trying to get them banned. I'm not asking you to be best friends with every jerk you meet, just don't sink to their level, and for the love of god don't use someone else's misconduct as a reason to justify your own. You are still responsible for your own actions.
