    Don't you just miss the old RNG days of yore that was Phantasy Star Online? 0.0001% drop rates. They actually existed.

    If you saw someone waving around a Dark Flow you could be 99% certain it was duped.

    Anyone who has played PSO, of all people, should understand why pure RNG is simply useless in this era of MMOs.
