Question about healing Thousand Maws, because I sucked at it

Thanks everyone! So have some good news, I've since done this dungeon like 5 times and no problems! By the time the boss is at 5% HP though it gets a bit dicey, where usually it dies as I'm trying to rush in a Medica lol. I always forget the range of it and sometimes get one in but it misses someone. I've done Ifrit normal mode a few times as well (I can't believe how EASY this fight is haha when I was a DPS doing it first time omg). I think it helps too that I'm more pro with using the dualshock where as before it was so hard to target anything learning the game, I could have never done healer. What's funny to me is when its myself taking damage, I almost freeze for a second in a omg what do I do moment instead of just curing myself like a normal person.

I put the party bar down lower right so I can always see it near the cross hotbar, so it's not huge but I think its small enough I didn't even notice arrows on the buffs. I can try to maybe make it one notch larger just to see. The ones on myself are much larger. So far I'm really enjoying this though, I like playing a role where I'm more important or whatever.

It's better once you get over the fear of letting someone die lol.
