Those images prove nothing. They don't tell us about your network situation at all. They don't tell us if you actually got out slightly too late and therefore got hit anyway. You have to be out of the area BEFORE the cast is finished. If the cast finishes, then you get out, then the animation goes off, you still get hit. Those images would have been more useful coupled with latency data and at least having Titan targeted so we can see the state of his cast bar throughout the images.

Sorry, but this is a poorly made case with too little info to justify your conclusion. More data required.

Last night I was in a titan farm group for a few hours. I never died a single time and I don't even have the pattern memorized. I just react as I see the attack under my feet. As far as I'm concerned you need to learn to do the fight better. No need to go around blaming the game when people all over the place are doing the fight properly with no issues. If it was broken we'd all struggle. Every single one of us. The fact is we don't all struggle. Look inward for solutions.

That is literally just people learning to work around the problem not a fix for the problem.

No, it's literally people playing the game as designed and literally you making excuses for your failures where others succeed.

Ahhh yes. Because asking a company to fix something that is obviously broken is whining.

It's not OBVIOUSLY broken when thousands upon thousands of people have no problems with it at all. If they can do it so can you. Your whining because you'd rather come here to complain than get on the same level as everyone else who completes it daily.
