Brings to mind T5 the other day. 4/8 players have Final Witness title. Cake walk surely. 5 wipes later ego's have been crushed. Damn its 4/21. I forgot what happened yesterday.

I can explain it for you, but i can't understand it for ya.
You create a static group of people to do content with by creating learning parties and inviting people who were good in your attempts. OOOOOOOO:
You just don't get it man! You're either born with a static or you're screwed over and be forced to go through the pug wheel without ever being able to form connections! Those with statics won the genetic lottery, just like the jedis and their midichloroforms or whatever!
Thats not true. I know many statics that formed exactly the way he described.
Only 2 kinds of ppl are left out:
1.) That who don't try it and don't work for success
2.) That who are performing bad

I queued for T13 in solo DF, just for laughs, and boy did it not disappoint. Composition was 2 warriors, 2 scholars and 4 monks. No joke.
I just df'd mnk nin 2x blm sch whm pld war. made it to 30% second try but the tank who was apparently new to tanking it missed holmgang, every attempt after that was sloppy entering last phase.
Pretty sure that was sarcasm.
Not sure why I missed this. I'm sorry! That may be. Mostly the people still stuck at T9 are there for pure performance issues; either the mentioned lackluster dps, mechanic handling or finding a proper group to do it with. I'm not counting people new to the game or raiding, but rather those people who are stuck at the instance for months.
Overall I have pretty mixed feelings about the echo in general. While it's now easier to go farm and I can generally play them more easily with a group of not so hardcore frands now, it also rewards complacent people who do not pull adequate dps as you mentioned. I think there should not be lazy people in an instance regarded as the current hc end-game in the first place. I've already seen MNKs with 200ish dps in the FCoB. O__o
That is just my opinion though, gratz to anyone just getting into the FCoB now. Hope it's as much for you as it was for me.
It's mostly a combination of all the mentioned above. Some people will struggle, no matter what, in FCOB. Even with echo. Only if they go past through T9, of course.

My group's been pushing 2 flattens in the first phase for a long time, and avoiding the last akh morn in our last few clears.Turns 10 and 13 will be nerfed the hardest by the echo. Turn 10 people will prob survive tether if only 2 people stack now. Turn 13 people will prob only get 2 flattens in first phase, and be able to survive 2 stacks of flare star with minimal to no mitigation in second phase. Not sure if the echo will be enough to skip the last ahk morn in last phase, im thinking it wont be for most players.
Turns 11 and 12's difficulty will be unchanged for the most part.
Surviving 2 stacks of Flare Star is only really an issue when someone is weakened or isn't topped off.
Because they're trying to catch people up to current endgame. It happens every time.
Just click off the echo if you want to do without. o.o
There was only one mechanical change, and I actually like that change. My group's been having to hold back on pushing the second gigaflare for awhile now because of the third add spawning regardless. Tethered gigaflare = good times!
I laughed harder than I should have. xDYou just don't get it man!
