    For what it's worth, people have been surviving 2 stack tethers and pushing 4 Akh Morns for a while. More groups may be able to get away with it now but it's hardly something new.

    My group never even saw the Gigaflare before the final Akh Morn before Bahamut died. With echo, probably could kill it around the 4th akh morn.

    Turns 11 and 12's difficulty will be unchanged for the most part.
    We did that already. We even had tanks surviving 3 stacks of Flare Star.

    its 10% and doesn't increase.

    If there are 4 DPS roles that is 40% more dmg, or 2/5th of a player.
    2 healer roles which means 20% more heals or 1/5th of a player.

    (HP doesn't really count, in this as groups don't share a collective HP pool...although that would be a cool mechanic in a boss fight >_>)

    You are viewing this from your PoV. Think from the pov of someone who doesn't actually raid or have a static for that manner. There will still be a high % of fail in general parties trying to attack fcob. It's a big deal for farm parties that can actually farm but for the common player stepping into fcob for the first time or trying to learn...it's minor at best. Dance>stats(yes im talking about ilvl requirement)>skill in that order.

    Mhm. Well. T9 has like 20% echo and I still see people doing less DPS than an ilvl 110 without echo. I can tell because I'm the tank and I'm the one who suffers these terrible Reavensbeaks. I can pretty much expect the same here. Echo seems to spoil DPS to go lazy. FCOB still requires to play your class in an optimal way. For some groups, even with echo, these struggles will still be there, sadly.

    That may be. Mostly the people still stuck at T9 are there for pure performance issues; either the mentioned lackluster dps, mechanic handling or finding a proper group to do it with. I'm not counting people new to the game or raiding, but rather those people who are stuck at the instance for months.

    Overall I have pretty mixed feelings about the echo in general. While it's now easier to go farm and I can generally play them more easily with a group of not so hardcore frands now, it also rewards complacent people who do not pull adequate dps as you mentioned. I think there should not be lazy people in an instance regarded as the current hc end-game in the first place. I've already seen MNKs with 200ish dps in the FCoB. O__o

    That is just my opinion though, gratz to anyone just getting into the FCoB now. Hope it's as much for you as it was for me.
