    (P.P.S. SE is changing the dungeon loot system for Heavensward dungeons at least, not sure if it will be retroactive for pre 3.0 content though)

    You're giving him too much hope. And those numbers don't make sense. It's more like...

    10% chance of Success and 90% chance of failure. Just ask Reclaim.

    According to the tooltips for the skills, it's supposed to be 90%, but the truth is you have about a 50/50 chance with anything that isn't 100% in crafting, even if it's 98%.
