    I think there is no option to unlink a PSN account from the SE account. She would need to create a new PSN account for FF XIV. It is also not a big hassle to switch between different PSN accounts on the PS4.
    Or ask the support from Sony and SE.

    we contacted SE and they said theyre sending it to higher people to investigate.

    whenever we try to open the game on a different PSN it just fails to boot :/
