    Yesterdays I was farm T10 from PF (and finaly I got boots), no bard or ninja in party. And TP problem in half of last phase, when I played my "standard way". Then I stop use OP, on adds Flashes only and Fracture in Berserk only and have TP almost to then end.
    Yes, Flash dont make real damage, but my overall DPS was higher with Flashes than with OP, because TP cost of OP. I know, that this is specifical situation, long fight and no bard/nin, but WAR must be ready for that situation and Flash, in my opinion, is important.

    if haymaker was off the global cooldown, might consider taking that over flash in trash pulls. although switching targets is a bit difficult considering youre dodging aoes. Only time i can think of where youre just standing there with a shit ton of mobs is first pull of ST.

    Haymaker is not for trash skill - dont make aggro, is single target and to use after success of evade. When pulling trash warrior has 2 things to do: hold aggro and dont die
    In first phase (aggro building): OP + Bloodbath + Zerk + Vengeance. Second phase (survival): mitigation skills + Storm's Path on mobs + IB when Wrath's stacks are ready.

    Haymaker is good skill but has one problem - dont build Wraths stack. If you will use it, then delay of Inner Beast's availability. IB means 300 hit potency, 6s mitigation and HP restoring. So, in my opinion, Haymaker is useless, not with Defiance and IB. When OT, this is not evade, Haymaker is useless also. Haymaker is good in one situation only - when WAR is tanking without Defiance for DPS mostly (weak opponents fast to kill, platinum accessories for hold good aggro wihout Defiance), i.e. adds on T10. Or in situations, when slow effect will work.
    With Haymaker is problem like with PLD's Shield Swipe and Pacification effect - all the more important opponents are immune But PLD not build Wrath stacks, can use Shield Swipe for TP conservation only. And this is different with WAR.

    In one of the recent patches they improved the enmity (hate) generation that PLD gets for using flash. On top of that the PLD flash also blinds, which is a very useful debuff when it comes to survivability. So in summation flash is great at gathering enmity, just not so much on the WAR. I use flash mainly on downtime from pacification with WAR as he has extremely low mp. Overpower is still my bread and butter with WAR though.

    1st. Improve in enmity of flash is general, works also when cross-skilled
    2nd. Blind effect is very limited, most bosses are immune. And with Blind effect is like with stun - first use will blind for 12s, second - 6s, third - 3s, later use of Flash not blind. So, this can help to evade big hit, but not many times.
    Main difference is with mana pool, PLD has MP for 6-7 Flashes and Riot Blade for mana restore. This allows play Flash without limit and still have full TP for other actions. WAR, compared to PLD, has limited resources: MP pool for 3 Flashes, OP plays from TP like other skills (more OP, less for combos). This causes different play style - burst aggro at beginning (with help of Zerk/Unchained), also requires knowledge of fight phases and planning. WAR without TP/MP cant tank new mobs. PLD without TP/MP can rotate Riot Blade combo + Flash and still hold/build aggro. So, Flash for WAR is mainly for TP conservation, not for eliminate Overpower from building aggro. This is most important in long fights.
