The difference between NIN I think is because DOMA came to us, while for Heavensward were actually going to them to learn it.

Again, you're just pulling excuses out of your rear. In FFXI the new jobs were also located in the new expansion areas, so there is abosultely nothing preventing them from doing the same here.
