How is it fixing anything? It means there will be no real HNMs because anyone can just fight it.I dont think there will be any roaming NMs if they don't drop anything good. What would be the point? All they are doing is fixing a claiming system and making it so that people wont have to fight over the claim. He is mainly addressing Dungeons/Events that involve Alliances.
Everything will be instanced 5 minute re-entry, quit a week after it comes out because you got all the items poop.



thats what im scared of and further wow can pull it off cuz it has tons of players but FFXIV cant afford to have ppl quittin and just returning for updates.

Well they made the same mistake with the December update NMs, the mid-level NMs, and now the dungeons.
If the HNMs were 21~24 hour repops, NMs 1~2 hours, and the dungeon like a 24 hour re-entry...
No one would be bored ever. You would do it, have fun and being able to do it again would keep you logging in.
As it is right now there is almost no reason to continue playing until another patch.
As a company I can't understand SE.
Yes their player base is suffering and they want to keep people happy... But they can't keep them occupied and happy?

Its so incredible.... spend months, money and ppl to develop contents that have 1month life.... incredible.....
And its even anti-economical for a company
They did a good job making the fight a little more harder, sure we need balancing ranged classes, melee classes and heal-ga spell's enmity (maybe whm will have some abilities to solve it), but again i cant understand how they can make a dungeon that needs a "run" trick to finish it..@@'
