Feature requests: adjust Cutscene Skip feature

Just because the new player bonus is in there didn't make it any better I hated skiping the Cs but every one needs to under stand that every one only dose main story roulette either once a day or not at all because they have other stuff they want done. So they want these long boring thing done fast if they bother doing it. Then no one who's new to the game would get this done if your ideas are put in.

So lets take your ideas and what I said and put something else in to make every thing much worse.
you no longer get tomes from the last 2 8 man story dungeon and every one must do it at lest once a day or next day they get locked out of DF.

If you want grind tomes, DF is the least efficient mode to do it. Pro grinders will premade and farm 1st and maybe 2nd boss of some duty. See Brayflox of the old times, as example.

The Story Roulette plus the new player bonus is over 200 tomes for all of 15 minutes of work (assuming most of your party is moderately geared). You can't get any more efficient than that. If you artificially inflate the amount of time the story dungeons take to clear and/or lower the reward veterans will stop doing the daily roulette and the queue times for new players will skyrocket.

The Story Roulette plus the new player bonus is over 200 tomes for all of 15 minutes of work (assuming most of your party is moderately geared). You can't get any more efficient than that.

Well, "Roulette" does not means you always get the fastest duty avail. You also may get clueless players and on the worse, abort duty because party not able to pass some check. That's far from efficient. Then you also have to add the wait times on queue. It may work for tanks and (a little less for) healers, but dps are out the game: 15 min of work + 20 min of wait = goodbye efficiency.
