I've never gone into WoD wanting to use Tank LB3, but if the dps are terribad and she gets about 7+ stacks I'll blow it in a last hope that I can salvage the raid and I'll also say in /a that I am doing it, so other tanks do the same.
Anything below 7 I think it was and you can survive with a succor/sacred soil/cup your balls and pray the parties HP isn't too low.
Although this was when WoD first came out, can't say I run it much anymore. Rather farm FCOB than try to win against 23 other people + 4 bosses.

DPS has always been pathetic there but if they can get pass the first 3 boss I guess that should be still enough for the lass boss. The real struggle was week one when no one really had an idea on what to do, but it has been weeks since lol...
Unless they allowed half of the clouds to be consumed by the boss, it is actually survivable if your Scholar knows at least how to use Succor + Soil + Fey + Virus (if no anti-body).
Unless the DPSes are that bad....
Or All DPS on clouds/meteors because I'm tired of carrying lazy DPSs. Do some work! Never meant a game where I can never trust DPSs but once in a blue moon, getting that team that just rekts everything.
I've never seen this happen when I'm in WoD... people actually wipe on cloud of darkness?
Yes people still wipe on cloud of darkness. People tunnel vision hard and ignore meteors wrecking parties. While picking the parties up lots of people don't handle the clouds and she gains lots of stacks. I've seen tank lb3 used waaaay more often than healer lb3 and to be honest I'd rather have tank lb3 used to get through it. I'm never happy to see that my tank had to use it.
I have never ever seen tank LB3 on WoD and I have run many times both before and after the unlock. By the second cloud phase you've already had one LB3 which I would expect DPS to have used already and then you get at least 1 bar after that and simply keep focusing the boss. The DPS quality since unlock has been worse but never enough to need a tank LB. O.O
