I completely understand that this is an enemy debuff, but I believe it's a stretch to propose, when all other songs affect only other party members and even though it is not specifically stated as such, that this one song benefits the whole alliance. Is it possible that this enemy debuff is not universal but serves to provide a dmg buff to only your party? I am assuming this, but others are assuming the "universal" debuff as well.

Again, if someone can provide valid documentation that proves me wrong other than their interpretation of how Foe's mechanics work, I will stand corrected.

And what difference does it make if it's a hunt? You quote "party members" here but it's the same dynamic as in a raid. If Foe's affects only the enemy then all should benefit outside of your hunt party, according to your proposition.
