Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but [SPOILERS] there will be more rng crap in 3.0 and for a long time after.

i said OVER THE TOP rng mate. not rng in general. a bit of rng is okey. but i am mainly thinking about coil loot when i say this and less about tt even tough tt has the same issues.
