    No, it isn't too hard. Work TOGETHER, do not rush in and expect a win. Use the cannons, get the adds under Vishap so that the cannons can hit both adds and Vishap, use the Dragonkiller cannons on both the adds and on Vishap.
    Never allow the adds to be behind Vishap, they should be under Vishap. Try to get aggro on the Biasts who rush the cannoneers so that the cannoneers don't have to waste time shooting them down.

    yeah the fact that you can't skip that Duty Failed can grate on the nerves sometimes, but gave me the resolve to beat it down hard.

    I dont think its all that hard, everyone just needs to know what to do and when. I love the fight, its different and exciting and I hope they have more like this in the future.

    I noticed things seemed more vibrant too. Did I intentionally do this to tease how good Heavensward will look? I want if to be that way all the time...

    Also: I've been through three DF groups. Each of which were minimum 50% new players. All successes.

    Just going to leave this here, which I'm sure it's mentioned >_> but whoever ends up using the DK, please, please, pay attention -.- I can't tell you how many times they've waited too long and snares wore or they do it too early.

    Side note, I hope they don't nerf this. It's going to sound elitist, but requiring this and making people actually pay attention and do things, before they can do the expansion is a good thing. Maybe it'd keep out the lazy/bad/mindless button pressing/looking for a carry group of people that seem to flood the population, or at least they might learn, then again, these same people can't follow simple instructions and half of them literally have one job.

    You can usually blame the people on the cannons for this, failing to hit the stacked adds (and dragon) effectively. Alternatively you can blame tank & healer for this if the mobs aren't stacked under the dragon, running loose all over the map. Healer runs loose adds to the tank, common sense stuff here.

    I don't really agree with your assessment or your example. This fight doesn't require any innovation. It's pretty obvious what SE wants you to do, and it's not even the first time they've given you cannons to use. People fail this fight because they are bad or are stuck with bads. No one wants to control cannons. No one wants to put the adds near the boss. No one wants to dps the boss, they want to dps the adds themselves because like I said no one wants to use the cannons. Melee don't want to use AoE skills. So you end up with a bunch of melee single targeting adds that are off in all directions instead of doing what you're supposed to be doing and using cannon shots to down adds + boss while dpsing the boss as much as possible. When I got my win, I kid you not Vishap didn't even make it to the last snare, much less the gate. This trial is... pretty easy.

    And who cares if airship fire hurts the mobs in Keeper of the Lake? The increased risk of eating AoE from the mobs isn't really worth what equates to another cast of Fire II. This dungeon is so ridiculously easy that a single extra shot on a pack of mobs isn't going to significantly speed up your run. I do indeed know about this mechanic, and really don't care about it.
