Well, I hated that thoroughly.

First of all as has been pointed out, the Scions are beaten by the brass blades???? The same brass bales we fight on very low levels...Seriously! As several others have pointed out, our character also seemed completely irrelevant in the story.

There are also untold things unexplained and to leave us with a cliffhanger is a truly pathetic gimmick.

I also don't understand how it works now.

If I am a member of the Immortal Flames, can I just port in now and do my supply and provisioning missions as usual... Unless Uld'ah is completely sealed of to our characters now it makes no sense.

The evil lalafells, brass blades and crystal braves have all covered it up, what really happened has not yet been revealed other then smaller details so the immortal flames would not be aware of the situation as a whole.

Atleast thats the general assumption i get after trying to talk to some of the npc:s in uldah.

I went to the Immortal Flames and they gladly offered me a transfer there... but I shouldn't be able to just walk the streets in Ul'dah as if nothing happened.

Well theres a few reasons for that and that is as a result of talking to npc:s in mor dhona.

1: They either dont bealive the accusations in regards to what happend and decides not to arrest you.

2: They dont want to die, afterall your the warrior of light, slayer of primals and god knows what and only a madman would piss you off.

For the games sake it would make no sense to not have acces to uldah for many reasons such as GC, crafting and such.

I just wish they would have been more mindful with the 2 month gap between 3.0 launch and the events that happened.

We are wanted men by Ul'dah so they should have played into that while we wait for our asylum request from Ishgard for the next two months.

1) Walking around in the wild, a chance FATE should happen with Ul'dah assassins attacking us, even in the streets of the major cities.
2) Entering Ul'dah or even Reverant's Toll, we should have hooded robe costumes on us to show we are trying to lay low while in the cities.
3) The Brass Blades and Flames should be fighting in the street since Ul'dah would be plunged into Civil War after those events.

I agree with everyone that my character isn't weak. I'm i120, I think I could do more than sit and look sad.

I agree it makes no sense for the game which is what annoys me. The brass blades/crystal braves were perfectly willing to come after me AND all the scions together but now they just ignore me when I walk around Ul'dah with impunity stirring up the people against them, which you bet is what I would be doing.

No, the suspension of disbelief that requires is just too much...and yes, I know it's a fantasy game but I still expect it to make sense

If you talk to Swift, he mentions that every detail of what happened is being covered up. Even the stuff about you.
