Shouts on sarg? I've never seen them and I play 4-5 hours a day everyday.. Most I get is 5 tells a day once every hour or so.. There is no way to stop RMT without it limiting the players who aren't RMT. Yoshi has already stated that it is impossible to fully get rid of.
