Character Information/Preferences in new HDD

So today my C:// Drive got almost full to capacity, and I figured it was time to move everything to my E:// SSD. I transfered all my Documents, Music, and Pictures to the E:// drive, and of course with that my FFXIV character info went with it. I started up the game shortly after, and of course it didn't recognize that I had played the game before. When I got past the initial CS, it didn't have all my UI preferences, Macros, etc. So here's my question, how do I get FFXIV to recognize that all my info is now on the E:// drive instead of my C:// drive? Any and all help is appreciated Thank you!

All your user settings are saved under My Games\ Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn folder.
the one that goes CHR and a bunch of random numbers are for each of your characters.. Don't know why they found it necessary to encrypt the character names though..
