What they need is a credible reporting system that automatically gives the GMs a sample of the chat log and it's as simple as us right clicking the message and sending it to the GM. No risk of any falsifying of evidence. Just straight up evidence. They also need a lot more blacklist space, account-wide blacklisting and more ways to filter messages out so I can go back to my game immersion.
