How would identify a female player guy/girl?

Just... what? All of the men that I know that play female characters are open about it. They aren't playing a female character to deceive anyone into thinking they're girls. That does happen, yes, but it's not exactly the norm. I've run across maybe half a dozen men that do that in the entire time that I've been on the internet (around 20 years now). They're playing one because they want to. Who the hell died and gave you the right to tell people what gender their avatar on an online game should be? Why do you even care?

If a guy showed up to play monopoly wearing a wig with his nails done … I would think that’s weird too. It’s arguably the same thing.

If you’re allowed to play a different gender in a roleplaying video game then I’m allowed to think it’s weird. Free speech and all that wonderful stuff works both ways you know? I’ve never shown any disrespect. I never said it was “wrong”. How can I? I had a lot of guy friends that played as females. They know I think it’s weird. They don’t care and I don’t treat them any differently. So stop with the horrible assumptions about me.

The only thing I said that can even remotely be taken that way was saying that guys stick out like a sore thumb when roleplaying as a girl. And I basically meant if you’re going to do something, then at least do it right.

You do realize that males and females are almost evenly split in gaming these days, right? it's not nearly as male dominated as it used to be. Why would a girl think that another girl was fishing for cyber just because she says she's a girl?

It’s not evenly split at all in MMOs. I’ve never seen a study putting MMO female players above ~25% of the population.

Plenty of girls do think other girls screaming “I’m a girl” are just looking for attention… If you don’t know that then I guess I taught you something today. I know and respect plenty of female gamers. So stop making me out to be sexist too.

Nothing that I know of… Once again please stop labeling me as whatever it is you labeled me as. I don’t care who or what people like to screw. I’m allowed to notice trends in populations. I said nothing derogatory or judgmental. I noticed a trend and I wonder if there is something that caused it. That doesn’t make me homophobic. It is garbage like this that is a real curse to this planet. You make problems and cause drama over NOTHING. Learn to communicate instead of constantly judging people.

I don't care whos playing what in this game, I personally like how the females look in the game in general, especially the mi'qote and roegadyn races, not just the hyur race. My main character is here for the fighting and leveling up.

First off, nowhere did you ever say you were quoting a study. You just threw out some random stats as facts and expected people to just accept them despite their personal experience stating otherwise.
