I have my pre-order confirmation email but no pre order code....

Hi,
Yesterday, I pre-ordered the physical copy of CE on Square Enix NA website.

I have received the email with the confirmation of my pre-order and I can see it in my account -> My orders.

I'm having the opposite issue. I pre-ordered (Digital) and have not received confirmation of my purchase...

It does show up on my Order History on the SE site, though. I'm hoping (assuming) that means all should be ok, I figured there's a backup on getting the e-mails out though?
